To vote in the October 28 municipal election, you must have registered to vote on or before September 29. If you’ve recently moved, changed your name, or aren’t sure if you’re registered, be sure to double-check. You can register or update your information online at GoVoteTN.gov or in-person at the Williamson County Election Commission located at 405 Downs Blvd, Franklin, TN 37064.
Early Voting – October 8 to 23, 2025
Avoid the lines and vote at your convenience during early voting from October 8 through October 23. Early voting is a great option for busy schedules or those who want to cast their ballot ahead of time. The Williamson County Election Commission at 405 Downs Blvd is the only location where you can early vote.
- Weekdays: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Election Day – October 28, 2025
Election Day is your final opportunity to make your voice heard in Franklin’s municipal election. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at any polling location in the city; the full list of polling locations can be found here. In addition to your voter registration card, be sure to bring a valid photo ID issued by the state or federal government. This race will help determine the future of our city—make a plan, show up, and vote!
Absentee Voting
If you’ll be out of town or can’t vote in person, you can request an absentee ballot. Your application must be received in writing (email or mail) by the Williamson County Election Commission no later than October 12, and your completed ballot must be received by mail no later than 7:00 p.m. on October 28. Don’t wait—request and return your absentee ballot early to ensure your vote is counted!
