To vote in the October 28 election, you must be registered to vote by Monday, September 29. If you’ve recently moved, changed your name, or aren’t sure if you’re registered, now is the time to double-check. You can register or update your information online at GoVoteTN.gov or in-person at the Williamson County Election Commission located at 405 Downs Blvd, Franklin, TN 37064.

Early Voting – October 8 to 23, 2025

Avoid the lines and vote at your convenience during early voting from October 8 through October 23. Early voting is a great option for busy schedules or those who want to cast their ballot ahead of time. Locations and hours have yet to be posted by the Williamson County Election Commission, so continue to check back here regularly for updates.

Election Day – October 28, 2025

Election Day is your final opportunity to make your voice heard in Franklin’s municipal election. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at your designated voting location. Be sure to bring a valid photo ID issued by the state or federal government. This race will help determine the future of our city—make a plan, show up, and vote!

Absentee Voting

If you’ll be out of town or can’t vote in person, you can request an absentee ballot. Your application must be received in writing (email, mail or fax) by the Williamson County Election Commission no later than 10 days before Election Day, and your completed ballot must be received by mail no later than 7:00 p.m. on October 28. Don’t wait—request and return your absentee ballot early to ensure your vote counts!
